Sold this beauty for 350. Due to financial limitations, only 325 could be made on the spot and 25 is owed later.

For the sake of proof and the listing, I'm suggesting at 325.

It is the only one to move as all others haven't moved in at least years.

It should be completed once the last 25 is sent, I believe that is how it would work.
