    Buyers are up to 27 so 20 is going to be too low here. Both 32 and (likely 33) were re-sold for much less so they shouldn't be included here. Even if 33 ends up not being a dump, excluding it makes sense on the basis of balancing the range as we are already excluding two sales on the low end (20s)


    30 flat will work here.
