The keys were added on the hallmark side of the trade not with the pullover based on the compares,
1200 - 413 = 813, therefore making this sale 800 keys worth

You really need to be doing proper minis, looking for sales and such, not just screenshotting buyers.
Based on your math, "Rounding to the nearest fifty keys makes it to 1300 keys" -> you've rounded wrong. The sum you declared is 1329.12
okay, for your first point, if the item history incident didn't happen, i'd probably be able to do that, but since it happened, I would've be spending my whole day trying to look for recent sales, and I bought this hat with mostly items.
Your second point, yeah, that's on me, I should've edited that part but I forgot to. A price mod told me it should be about that much from what I bought the hat for and I forgot to fix some shits up, so that one's my bad.

Well, this is all the best info I could gather. And I made sure I got an okay from a price mod
for the first sale, majority of the outdated items involved are very minimal to the total price of the sale and include items that have sellers/buyers that are pretty close to one another. the only major thing is the flaming lantern your worst nightmare however that doesn't appear to have any recent sales so going off buyers for that will have to do.
currently basing off buyers the sale is about 1280~ keys, going off sellers the sale is about 1350~ keys (taking ywn at buyers though since there's nothing on that) therefore 1300 keys should be a good enough estimation for this sale here as it would land between the 1280 - 1350 mark. accepting this.
