Not counting the first sale as it was in the buy order range (now it's even 170 keys).
The 150 key purchase is recent and should be included in the range.
It was a buy order value (so a quick-sell value most of the time), seeing how it sold for 70 keys more in a relatively short period and also the fact that buy orders have risen to 167 and 170 keys, it makes the 150 keys sale irrelevant, at least in my opinion. I did the exact thing in my two previous suggestions and it was not an issue, so hopefully, it will be fine now as well.

The ~250 sale is fine to exclude since they dumped to buyers at 187. That leaves us with sales at 220 and 225; this is close enough as-is. Accepting.
