Bots are offering up to 40k for the SS TH, the Tyrant's prices are a bit outdated...

You need sales as proof.

The bots offers are pretty much solid ground for an increase in price.. like.. this is the lowest it will sell for

Sales vs Bot buy orders. Everyone knows selling unusuals to bots is a bad idea. However a buy order is not a sale. Yes, an increase may be in order, but since this isnt something common such as keys, you cannot create a suggestion for this.

Besides. Bots just dropped their buy orders to 38 keys, so your suggestion is already out of range.

Putting the price just above the bot offers is pretty fair

Doesnt matter. As blue fox said, you need sales as proof.

Only following sale history doesn't work anymore because of how bots operate. Think about this example, if a player want to buy unusual X, and bots are offering more than the bp.tf value, then logically the buying player will have to up the bid on the bots otherwise the seller will just sell it to the bot. You can't ignore bot offers.

You cant ignore bot offers. That is correct, but you cant BASE a price off the bot offers. Because its a quicksell.
