Amending the range to include 0.33 here seems reasonable given 9000+ new sales at that value.

As to whether 0.05 should still be the low-end, I was able to buy some from scrap.tf just before making this: https://snipboard.io/z1GZYr.jpg (at 0.05 ref each)
