Where is this range from?

The range is based around the one sale and one listing, leaning lower. I believe the range could be pinned down more, but I left it wider as it’s the first pricing and I’m not entirely confident with suggestions.

You cannot pull 90 from nowhere. Your compare link doesn't even show 98 keys so you have no proof of your one sale?
