Both the 2nd and 3rd move have no sales and seem to be that GucciBaDFish was selling the hat for Little Tommy before trading it back and has kept the item since. (If I find evidence that contradicts this I'll make changes to the suggestion)

Only sale on the Mire was for the Bobby, which has been valued at 78 keys for the sale and is within the last 3 months. This should be enough evidence to prove that the Mire is still valued at 78 keys.
