Without finding any recent sales, I'd have to exclude sale 2 and conclude it's unusable.

I don't mind taking some advice to update sale 2 or help for this, but as of now, I'll exclude the sale.

390/1.70= 229 keys = ~230 keys

So excluding sale 2, with sale 1 at 155 keys, and sale 3 at 230 keys. I am going 155 - 230 keys flat or an average of 192.5 keys.

Please let me know if there's anything else needed to improve this price suggestion!
