I am not sure where you are getting the numbers in this suggestion from, and you can't have a range with one sale. As mentioned, the hallmark is outdated so you need a mini for that as well as a screenshot of the bicorne sale as your compare linked does not show the keys involved.

The DBD drill hat is also outdated and will need a mini.

Ardent Hat Chocolate sold for 170 here, both other unusuals need minis but likely are around 30 each, making this sale ~230

This should be workable a range with both sales but this needs more work to finish the minis
