Sales 1 & 2:

Both $70 USD, considering the other listings online at $120 CAD on the high end and 33 keys on the low, thought my price range was fair.
You cannot pull a range from nowhere.
It's not really from nowhere, the high price is equal to the price of the two sales I referenced and the low price is one that's just closer to what people are listing for in the classifieds, I thought that made sense but it's my first ever price suggestion so forgive me if that was not the right thing to do.
You need to use SALES in order to establish a range, sellers do not count.
Also, more sales to look at:

With sellers at 34 minimum, both low and high ends feel hella high and should not be used.
Fair enough, but I did reference two sales that happened on marketplace.tf.
