So it went 260 --> 177 --> 180. This should either be 177-180 or 180 flat.

May I ask why the 260 sale is excluded?

It resold for much less than what it was bought for. In these cases we usually exclude both sales, but 177 is really close to 180 so either 177-180 or 180 flat will be fine here.
