I decided to round it up since I'm supposed to round it to the nearest 10th key. So 97 in this case would be rounded to 100 keys.
There's no other recent sales at this moment of time.
With the only sale at 97 rounded up to 100 keys, going 100 keys flat
Doesn't make sense to round pure sales, but maybe it is close enough
