Don't have any experience making price suggestions, but I'm going to try my best. Obviously with so few of these existing there isn't much data to go off, but I sold one that has been sitting in my inventory recently on the steam market for $115. Converted key value at $1.85 per key.

There shouldn't be a range for one sale.

The only reason I included a range was because the item was listed at $115 but I received $100 due to steam community fees. In that case do I just make the suggestion at the steam purchase price converted down to keys?

You have to take into account only what the buyer paid and the key price at the time on SCM, so $115/$2.11 = ~55 keys

So this should be 55 flat.
