A page of buyers at 0.11 ref support a raise here. Choosing to exclude 0.33 for now given there are still sellers at 0.22 ref. Raising conservatively to 0.11 - 0.22 ref.
I don't think this is justified just yet. Most sales seem to revolve around 0.11, with only 1/3rd happening at 0.16 or higher. And even then, sales at 0.22 and 0.33 seem to be in the minority.
By removing 0.05 from the range you're also assuming that obtaining one for 0.05 is unfeasible, which is not the case here. I was able to purchase a few from scrap.tf at 0.05 both while I was initially checking this suggestion, and a few minutes later while I was working on this comment: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/396085176096129035/1032035739388612648/unknown.png
Sure, on paper it looks like 0.05 is not happening. But you also need to keep in mind that sales made through scrapbanking services like scrap.tf, stn.tf and the like are NOT traced by gladiator.tf. For the sake of these types of items, we assume that the average number of dumps and purchases per day is at LEAST in the hundreds. The main reason the vaccinator suggestions have been accepted is because the sales presented there were in the THOUSANDS, which is overwhelming enough for considering removing 0.05 from the range altogether.
While I don't think there are enough sales for 0.22 itself, if we count those and the 0.33 sales as well, there ARE enough for 0.16, if we count the higher ones as supportive sales. This should be resuggested at 0.05-0.16, which is atrocious but there really isn't any other choice other than leaving this outdated.

Thank you, resuggesting.
