The Wrap Up has no other sales, so its sale here can be excluded, but you need to state that instead of skipping past it. The Beanie sale would be below buyers here, so that can also be excluded.

If you had a seller at 82 Keys when this was made, I can't see why that wouldn't be included in the range. Additionally, if you have a seller below your rounded value as a low end, you shouldn't round the range off.
82 to 90 would work as a range here.
