might be okay to exclude this sale at 14 keys since it was via a buy-order and there doesn't seem to be any new sales at 14 keys either.

however, it would probably be best to go 15 - 16 here instead given there has only been a single sale at 17 and there are currently 2 for sale in classies at 17~ for 2 months and 4 months
