A price range of 32-37 keys could work here
Your ~30 key sale doesn't seem to be outdated, so there doesn't seem to be a good reason to exclude it here (unless maybe you have one)
The sale occurred between Aug 10 - Aug 11 (~3 month ago), so according to the rule for unusual suggestions, it wouldn't have been considered valid proof. And I wouldn't consider this unusual to be particularly rare (30 in existence).
Other sales that I included that are somewhat outdated had other sales in more recent history that also supported the value and they happened in the latter half of August.
(Only reason I kept the sale in the suggestion is to prevent accusation of hiding evidence/data since I included in my last suggestion)
