If the Honcho's sale were used here, that'd make sale 1 around 400 Keys. The Honcho's was for sale at 500 Keys when it sold to the Cotton Head owner.
That means the Salty Dog owner paid 1015 Keys before selling it for an item whose only other sale is ~400 Keys and whose buyout was 690 Keys even if ~100 Keys of Items were added to the Cotton.
Neither sale should be used here, and thus this should be left outdated.
