So this would suggest that it sold for ~175 before being resold for significantly less (115). Given the buyer at 115 hasn't resold in ~3 months, and the effective dump, I would be inclined to take the lower pure sale here at 115 flat.

This sale is also outdated now, so I chose not to use it on the Phantom suggestion either.
