Gladiator.tf stats are sparse, but classifieds data over the last week clearly shows the value is somewhere around 25 ref, apart from the strange dip to around 21 ref. Inaccuracy is a problem with the amount of data available, but 25 ref is evidently much more appropriate than 32.77 ref to 32.88 ref.
