i believe that this hat's price should be 40 keys as on 13/11/2022 one of thses hat was bought for 42 keys

You need to show that sale. Cant just say it happened. Also, you cant pull a range off 1 sale.

As Lucyfer said, you need to provide proof and should be based on one price. Also, not too sure where you got 35 keys or the 45 keys range. Downvote. Please do it again when you have sufficient evidence.
