What was the exact price? You may be able to make a price suggestion on it and counter it.

I don’t want to disclose the amount I paid but it shouldn’t matter regardless as there is no proof of the full trade shown. That is not the full amount I paid for the tc.

If you didnt pay this then show proof. The only reason you don't want to show the "real" amount is because you paid a lot less than 7600 keys, so the bp price would go down a lot, probably below 7000 keys and 2 months later when you try to end up selling it 7600 looks a lot better on your hat than 6300 keys.

Yeah that's fair enough. Nonetheless, this should be closed then. You can wait for a mod, but it would probably be the same.

So, i guess if i dont like a suggestion i can just say its not what i paid, even tho the last price is outdated and the current sale is realistic? He could of just dmed me and tell me what he paid but instead he removed and blocked me on steam for making the suggestion, so it must be right :D

Idk just sounds like a petty situation altogether. I'd say reach out with the seller, Creamy Goodness for clarification. Anyways looks like blank had a sale for 2 gpans as well, albeit it's a duped BFTC.

Creamy was broker and buy order was 8000 keys which is roughly 2 pans + 1500 keys. Right now i don't know the bp.tf pricing policy as the brokers cut was not included when pricing the BF Viewfinder. Anyway, I guess the clean one was sold 2 pans + few adds (exclude the cut of the broker), probably that sale is lower than current outdated price. Also my sale does not prove or aid about anything, I've just reported here.

Yeah that makes sense. Then at any rate, it would probably be best to leave it outdated.

There is an established precedent for accepting suggestions such as these. They have been accepted on the following terms in the past:

"I would like to point out that screaming "You're wrong" to people in the community that are trying to contribute to the suggestion without elaborating does not help anyone, especially not if they were your own sales/purchases, of which you yourself evidently know what happened."

Hmmm interesting. Fish is right. I 100% agree with that.

Either way a mod should weigh in sooner than later. This should be accepted that's for sure. Upvote.

idk who is right however if only single mod decide to price an item this sounds stupid. mods do have different thoughts and this makes bp.tf prices unreliable - like are they experts? and it seems this is on single mods' hand, it will be either accepted or declined with an excuse.. its like there are no solid rules when it comes to this. EXPERTS (lol) have to decide.

in short, if Fish is right this would be accepted in a few days since the proof is solid. it has been 3 months and still a mod needed here to accept or close this one.

I agree with this 100%. We're only just merely speculating as traders. The mods must be still on deliberation. Tbh Fish would be the most suitable to weigh in for this big ticket item and accept it. We'll see on this soon, <blank>.

Burning Flames Shaman is a big ticket item just as the Burning Flames Team Captain except the TC has way more reputation even populating out of the TF2 trading community.

Let's wait and see what happens in a couple days time.

bf tc has only name, nobody (traders) care anymore. even one can pop out tomorrow. we should not forget the crate depression as well idk how many untradable bf tcs out there.

Oh don't remind me. It's a crazy amount that were populated. Yeah that's true. At the end of the day in this free market system, everything is volatile. Anyways let's hope we get a result sooner than later. ^_^ I would love to see what happens in this price suggestion from the BPTF mods collective decision.

To reiterate the comment made on the BF Shaman suggestion:

Some other points:

- The 5000 sale in the comments is for a duped one.

- Mods are not considered "experts", we make mistakes like everybody. We do have a lot of experience between us and we make decisions as a group when needed (such as cases like these), so decisions like these are not down to one moderator. That's not to say we deliberate on every suggestion though.

Thanks for clarifying, Lemons. This was an interesting suggestion to be a part of. Definitely changed my position from downvoting to upvoting the suggestion due to dialogue from all who participated.
