with sales at 14 17 19 21 26 30 33 36 38 44 46 it doesn't really make sense to exclude all lower sales and price this using only the highest ones. buyers have also dropped to 14 keys now.

to balance it out a range of 26 - 36 seems reasonable so taking 14 - 21 and 38 - 46 as low and high outliers respectively. 14 - 21 being close / under buy-orders at the time and 38 - 46 as higher cash sales
