You can’t pull a range out of only 1 sale, they come from multiple sales. You have to resuggest with the exact sale amount.

Also, you should include the history of the item

In summary:

- Cannot have a range with a single sale.

- D@D Modest is indate at 135, 170 is coming from nowhere.

- I see 52 keys, not 53.

So the sale comes out at 217 keys. As a side note, it was unsold at 150 for a while:
