where does the range come from, with only one sale, it is impossible to derive the range, If you sold for 40k then suggest 40k

Range comes from various of offers that I've gotten, and also discussion. Where it was around 35-45, but landed at 40 when I sold it. So I guess 45 as max was a mistake.
