So sales here are at 31, 34, 49, 49, 49. Considering one of the 49 sales is full pure and that it's a common trading point, I would include that. Despite the seller at 45 keys.

As for the low end, 31 is an auction which I'm often hesitant about to include in ranges due to their nature, I would exclude 31 and go with 34-49.
