It's only a measly 1 key difference and sale 6 would instead be 87 keys which still fits in the proposed range c:
I'm not sure if you have a bit more reasoning behind excluding 45 and 50. Excluding 94 makes sense given the multiple sellers at 90, so you could choose to to exclude that and one lower sale to balance it out (the 45 sale). But if you wanted to exclude 50 too I think that would need more justification unfortunately.
I thought it would have been fine to exclude since the majority of the sales were ~80 - ~90 keys, and 50-89 just seemed like a large range
I don't think it's unlikely that lot of sales we don't know about may have happened in the 50 - 78 range, so I think 50 - 89 is probably a safer range here
