The only Outdoorsman sale looks to have been 104 Keys + the Isotope MW Health and Hell Shotgun + ~5 Keys of Items

The Shotgun's history doesn't match, so you'll need the buyer or seller to confirm that was part of the trade.
Even if the Shotgun was part of the Outdoorsman's other sale, the Company Man's sale for the Outdoorsman will be far below 180 Keys.
