Buy order has been active since December, and it only went down when the buyer ran out of keys and it went right back up again when he had keys again. If it goes down again check his key stock, going on history it goes right back up when he has keys. I think that strengthens the case because he's willing at any time to spend basically all his keys on the item.
A buyer at above bp supports raise (in the snapshot)
No sale occurred --> no price suggestion can be made. Same should apply to any other suggestion you just made.
“Buyer listings that have been open for a reasonable amount of time. Buyers can be used to raise item values but not lower them, unless those buyers are successfully buying. Unsuccessful buyers should not be used as sole primary proof if proof of sales exists.“
That is actually news to me. The suggestions where people tried to raise with buyers I have seen have been declined. Is it different for 1:1s that have no sales?
Based off the wording it seems like it doesn’t matter if they’re a 1:1 or a 1:4000. As long as no sales are happening (not sure of the time frame required for the buy order to be live) you can raise the price off a buy order.
pointless raise, dude is obviously not going to sell it and with items like these being so rare it's better to just leave it outdated imo
