This is going to be too high. The mp sales are getting old now, but even at the time of the sales they were too high, as there were sellers in the low-40s at the time of most of the mp sales:

Buyers have been very sporadic on this hat, jumping from 39 to 20 to 33 to 39 very quickly. Given the instability and the fact that nobody can sell for more than 40 outside of mp, I don't think the current buyers at 39 should counter any sales. 38 - 40 will work here.
