To save to trouble of finding out what the drill hat effect was, it was a Cloudy Moon and I was looking for 800 in downgrades. Chap and I both valued the Universal Translator around 380 during the time of the trade. Not sure if this information of the trade is helpful in anyway but that's side of the trade.
