From SCM, average key price on that day was 2.37$ (https://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Mann%20Co.%20Supply%20Crate%20Key). 164.79 / 2.37 = 69.53 keys. Rounding to 70.

Suggesting a range of 70-140.

Ngl seems like a long range. I would prefer imo to wait for a 3rd sale, but I would wait for a mod to weigh in. I can think of two suggestions I've done in this same situation, which were the Nuts n' Bolts and Orbiting Fire Virtual ViewFinders that were able to get accepted due to buy orders were on the rise.

I agree with that as I mentioned before. In addition, 1 of 1 or not, having a third sale will clarify this.

Mine is for the keeps, won't sell it; afaik this is the only one in existence. I agree that the range seems too wide, but will wait for a mod.

A 3rd sale actually occured. The OG unboxer sold it for 45 keys at the beginning of February (https://imgur.com/a/NmolXT8). However, including this as the low end will make the range even worse. What about it?

It would be the low end of 45-70 keys that would work actually, since 140 keys is the highly discrepant outlier.
