Not sure how much i want to rely on the abovementioned sale given that it seems to have been an intricate exchange between people that also have brokering agreements with each other, but if your 168 sale went to a bot buyer, it should not be included here.

Whether buyers counter or not largely hinges on their time frame: buyers from now say nothing about the market from a month ago, but buyers at the time of a sale do. In this case, the hat went to an actual buyer, which - unless multiple sell to buyers and the vast majority of all sales was to buyers - should be the strongest indicator a sale will be too low you can get.

what i should do here?

You could see if any of the other hats it sold for could potentially be used here to give this a range, and otherwise you can just take 185. Any of the unpriced things it sold for might also give you an indication if the value used here is approximately correct if they have other sales.

Im personally opposed to using a sale like the one alluded to in the comments above mine, but Ill run that by the other mods to see if they disagree.
