There's a B/O of 27 keys. The lower end is contested, but the higher end helps compensate which makes the average higher than the B/O by 2 keys.
Worse case we can exclude the 20 key sale and go 38 keys flat. Or another option is to wait for a 3rd sale to get a fluid option. Nonetheless, closing this and making it 38 keys flat.
