You can’t make a range from a single sale, it’s below buy orders now, and the comments on the auction seem to imply foulplay by artificially increasing the price.

Only other confirmed recent sale of this item was a marketplace.tf sale for $59.99 on feb 26th, key prices on mp that day were $2.05, so it sold for ~29.26 keys, well under the current bot buy orders, until the bots buy one for over 38, theres only actual sales.
