Where is 39 from? You're not valuing the cap at 37 in your suggestion over there
and why are you ignoring the ~1month unsold at 32?

It's not a quicksell if it's been unsold for ~1month
As mentioned above:
- You need to provide a mini (recent sales to prove its value) for the Cali Cap, cannot take sell listings for it.
- The Tyrolean is unsold at 32, cannot ignore that listing.
Given the unsold and the previous STN sale, the Cali Cap sale looks high.
