How are you getting 11 keys?
To get the right key price, go the the MP key sales graph and find the price sold on the day that the hawaiian sold
2.05 USD
26.85/ 2.05 = 13.09
That key price system is new to me, I'll use that next time I sugg unusual prices using mp.tf charts. Is a resugg with 9 - 13 keys in order?

so just leave the sugg as is?

You can’t use purely glad bot sales for unusuals like this. You need to find actual compare links
as mentioned already by another user, if using glad.tf stats as proof there has to be at least 3 sales there otherwise further confirmation is required to validate the sales i.e. compares / screenshot of trade history.
there is currently a seller at 9 keys as well so the marketplace sale will be high here now
