this seems like it may be on the low side, https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/5660;6;c60 a few mp.tf sales for around 16ish keys (seems high tho)

there are sellers at 12 keys on Backpack.tf so 16 is definitely too high

yeah, i'm just sayin that only 10.3 is probably too low

I remember that there is a paragraph in the rules that describes when an item has not had a sugg for a long time, it can make low end suggestions, the last suggestion was two years ago, so this will work
