This should be 800; it looks like the additional payment of 100 was made to keep the drill hat reserved, and not actually for the drill hat itself.

Do you have a chat log proving this? The suggestion pretty clearly states that 100 keys was "upfront to lock it up-" not "100 keys as a first installment of a 900-key payment."

By stating "upfront to lock it up-" I meant he paid 100 out of the 900 that we agreed on.

I wrote it incorrectly but I meant "100 keys as a first installment of a 900-key payment."

Unless you can prove that the 100 keys was for the hat and not a reservation fee as-stated in the suggestion, this will need to be suggested at 800. Chat logs saved from around the time of the transaction are welcome.
