I have no idea what to price this at. I'll take it at a rounded up ~160, shouldn't make much of a difference given buyers are raising at 158 & sellers are sitting at 168-170. Let me know if that's wrong and if i should omit this entirely/value it differently, i haven't price suggested in a while

with sales at 95, 119, 130, 140, 140, 160, 185, 214 it isn't an accurate representation to price this off the 2 of the highest sales here and excluding all these lower sales. i wouldn't classify 130 as a quicksell here but rather the speed was just lucky in this scenario. also a sale at 130 wouldn't explain why 140 should be excluded in the first place since 130 is less than 140.

in terms of the sales at 119 and 130 just a comment from another user is not going to be enough here as it doesn't show any evidence of the actual sale so further confirmation is required here (via compares / trade history)
