Summary:

BF KE as of 6/29/2023 is priced at 720k. A price suggestion could bring it down to (465-605k ~~535)

The price at 720 is outdated and it would be more accurate to use the price suggested by the latest BF KE price suggestion.

Summary:

I had a hard time making sense of these inventories, but I chatted up Punch and they told me they paid 300 pure for it along with providing a screenshot of the purchase in the conversation. They mentioned they had a buy listing so this sale was a quicksell at 300k.
