From what I can tell, this hat has not only never moved, but has never been recorded. This is 1:4 now.

Bought it this morning for £29.64 on SCM. Keys at the time were sitting at £1.69 - /= 17.53 keys (rounded up to 18). I'll pop the item history in when my inventory comes out of fallback.
