Recently purchased for 700 keys split up into 2 trades. Currently 2 others out there but are in dead bps.

Bruh what? I can open a new suggestion I just bought the damn thing.
You can indeed create a suggestion, but you should include all valid sales, which you did not (see Juan's suggestion)
It's also considered bad manners to open a suggestion on an item that already has a valid active suggestion.
Just comment new sales on the active suggestion.

i did include the sale thats why i posted the link & hows it bad manners? i literally own the hat i decided to make a new suggestion i dont see the issue
It's considered bad manners because it kinda discredits another persons work they put into their suggestion. As I said, there is no rule against it, you can make suggestions on items that already have a suggestion, but you should check if there is an active suggestion that is not yet accepted on your item.
In your case you are still missing the 500 key sale from the suggestion Juan made. That saled is valid as well and needs to be included in a price suggestion. Your lower value of 610 keys doesn't work anyway since that sale is outdated by now. (trades older than 3 months are outdated)
