31 seems high now, there is a lower seller on mp.tf but it feels weird to cap off at that single seller, I'd rather go with a range here

I'm here to clarify Sale #1 and #2, Which account for the oddities of a 31 key sale, and a "Not Sure" sale.

Inventory was a bit cluttered and I was going through some purchases at the time. I also have a habit of buying keys from marketplace then directly buying an unusual prior to open the game or backpack updating my backpack.

Doesn't change the range, but does account for a strange 31 key purchase.
