Excluding Sales @28, Fresh Buyer @30 Keys also has Support from SCM Buyers to Support Raise.
I'm not sure but SCM buyers seem to be at ~24-25 keys from what I see? I also feel like the single buyer at 30 doesn't justify excluding both sales at 28 here - it also happens to be the most common data point we have.
https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/46;14 - most recent sale here on 4/14 (which is outdated, so would be excluded) is ~43 keys, so I suppose that supports a higher value.

I originally wasn’t sure if I should have excluded 28 from the range because theres no real way of knowing how long the buyer has been there without glad time machine, also I dont have premium so I can’t track sales through premium
