Traded for:
140 keys pure plus :-
Cool Specialized Alpine Rocket Launcher: 27-36
Frostbite Virus Doctor: 235 - 250
Vivid Plasma Killer exclusive : Priced at 65 keys, buy orders sit ~50
All the prices on the items are outdated so they can't be used.
Also, looks like an in-date sale of the same item at 275 keys.

Such items are not sold frequently enough that an 'in-date' price is available, so we can only go off what is available for estimation. As you mentioned, that 'in-date' sale is for the very same item - why does the sale beforehand take precedent over the more recent one, especially since this suggestion was created nearly a month ago now?
I recommend reading: https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/6033-rules-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
Here it is mentioned that hats with outdated prices are not able to be used as valid proof. You will need to create minis for each of the items.
The other valid sale does not necessarily take precedence over this one, it just needs to be considered as well.
New sale:

Also, you can't have a range with 1 sale. As pointed out, some of these items are out of date, meaning they need to be accurately valued (provided by sales), the KE for example was last priced 3 years ago, and that should be priced before this.
I'm afraid for now the best action is to close this (sorry!) and work on those items (Rocket, Virus Doctor, KE) to price those first.
The guide on the forums is super useful to and I reccomend you reading that first - https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/6033-rules-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
Mate I posted it two months ago. If it takes this long to confirm a price when there's so few of an item like this on the market then pricing it is pointless anyway. There wasn't another on the market at the time and I used all the information available at the time, when the servers were playing up after the Summer update. There were too few of all items involved to come to a definite price, but a roundabout one could be achieved. By the time a definite price could be achieved, another may have sold already, so the pricing will always be behind. At the end of the day, a price of a rare item is just that what someone is willing to pay - at the time mine was the only on the market, I owned it, I determined the price. Seems to me this system is showing its cracks.
I know that it has took 2 months for a moderator to comment on this, I'm sorry that it has been so long.
There are a few things I'd like to point out/respond to.
Muoytzu pointed out a month ago that things are out of date and need to be appropriately mini'd, during the month between his comment and mine it seems you haven't looked into it.
There are no cracks in the system, it's just a bunch of volunteer moderators, who have lives outside of this game.
"a roundabout one (price) could be achieved" we don't do roundabout prices, we do accurate, up-to-date prices which shows the stability of the system.
There is a long set of rules and regulations https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/6033-rules-for-unusual-price-suggestions/ which govern how pricing works.
If you have any further questions or queries, you can add me on Steam or Discord (Lemons#6311) and I'll be more than happy to help you next time. You can even politely ask us to check a suggestion before it gets to 2 months.
