250+160 =410, based on seller on mp for 357k (rounded to 360) and previous listing for 400k from oli, we get the range of 360-400k

Firstly, I'd like to start off by apologising on behalf of the Price Moderators, this suggestion shouldn't have been left open for this long.

Secondly, the Brotherhood was priced at 183 keys https://backpack.tf/suggestion/65173e10be8ba348d60fc4b0 so the sale would be 183+250 = 433 keys

Since the Buyout was 400 by Oli as you rightly pointed out - https://imgur.com/a/VwnFuay - the sale would be 400.

The seller is at 403 keys ($697/$1.73) now. So 360-400 is a little inaccurate.

A better price here would be 400 flat, if you could close this suggestion and resuggest accordingly.
