this clearly seems to be a buy-order sale with buyers now up to 7~ keys on scm and the completed item having buyers at 25 keys. this is going to be low

My initial thoughts for making the suggestion was no one had ever made one before, so even if it fails theres still a page registered to have easy access too again for future suggestions, because i had to manually find the individual item index # and start messing around with urls to even find the page to make the suggestion, which is the case for several of the suggestions i ended up making, im content with the suggestions failing.
