You can only use sales to set a price. That means it would be 220 flat in this case. Sell orders can only be used to drop an existing price, and this can only happen if they reduce it by 15% and have been unsold for a month. That means you shouldn’t use the sell order of 200 in your suggestion’s pricing.

if there's only one sale and there's a seller lower than that sale, it's ok to use it as the low end as long as it isn't too new or too aged

Since the SCM sale is higher than the unsold, I don't think it's a good idea to use this sale, especially as you are the same seller in both instances.

Seeing as how this hasn't sold for 200 in 2 months, I think it should remain unpriced here.
